Tomtex biomaterial is created from shell seafood waste and coffee ground. The material is a 100% compostable, zero-waste, natural product. The bio sequin provides similar toughness, durability and water resistance and can be hand-stitched or machine-sewed like a normal textile material. It can be customized to be either leather-like, rubber/silicone-like or plastic-like by changing the recipe proportions and the way of making. Tomtex is fully biodegradable material and after few months in a natural environment can act as a fertilizer for plants.
