Benjamin Fainlight decided to reimagine Pierre Jeanneret’s easy chair by creating a 3d printed flat-pacKed of it. The original wooden chair with a cane seat is a well-known historic piece from the fifties, developed in collaboration with Le Corbusier. Fainlight chose the international Klein blue as a color statement to emphasize its un-natural look. 3D printing with FFF plastic was selected to create the new chair as it is the most non-traditional and easily replicable production method available.
