Gamfratesi created 2 designs for Bang & Olufsen inspired by the colors and textures found in Scandinavian nature. Firstly, “Nordic weave” features natural aluminum with a woven paper fibre and matching light oak handle. The knitted paper fibre of Nordic Weave is knitted like a textile. Many different weaves and color ways were trialled to create the most elegant, durable and acoustically sound finish. “Dark Oak”, on the other hand comes with black anthracite aluminum with speaker cover and handle crafted in dark brown wood. Both finishes can sit beautifully inside a home or outside in nature.
