Using preparatory drawings, plasma cuts, painting, and reassembly, Rawlings intertwined bramble patterns into the car’s body, blending industrial and natural aesthetics. This collaboration marks Renault’s continued tradition of integrating contemporary art within its manufacturing processes, fostering creativity and innovation among employees. Rawlings’ reimagined Renault 5, along with historical art pieces, is on display at MAISON5 in Paris, celebrating the fusion of art and automotive design.
